Open 24 hoursThe whole of Level 1, glazed on the water side: blackjack, roulette and baccarat on oxblood felt under copper pendants, with the slot lounge set quietly towards the back.
The Rose Room
Nightly, 6pm–4amA ten-seat card room for poker and private tables, panelled in smoked oak and looking straight down the canal. Hosts arrange evenings for small parties on request.
The Lightbox
Thursday–Saturday from 8pmA glass-walled stage off the floor for live sets, jazz trios and late DJ nights. Seating is first come; tables can be held through the concierge.

Gaming at Lumenquay is entertainment that costs money, like a show or a dinner. It should stay that way, and we are set up to help keep it there.
Limits you set
Ask any host to set a spend or time limit for your visit, take a cooling-off break, or join Lumenquay’s own self-exclusion programme for six months or longer. Requests are handled privately and take effect the same day.

Strictly 18+
Every gaming entrance is staffed. Valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or PASS card) is required, and anyone who appears under 25 will be asked for it. There are no exceptions.
The Tower
Built where the warehouses meet the water
Carrow Basin was once a place for unloading cotton and coal. Its brick warehouses still line the quay; Lumenquay rises between them in glass, so that every floor looks back at the canal it grew out of.
Inside, the materials are the city’s own: smoked oak, polished concrete, oxblood leather worn soft. The light is kept low and warm, and the rooms are planned around the windows rather than the other way round.
Service is unhurried. The concierge desk on the ground floor runs day and night, and most things (a late table, a quiet corner, a taxi to the station) are a single call.
